Take on an apprentice / trainee without taking on the admin. We are the legal employer, so the wages, super, WorkCover and training contract are on us. We also negotiate the training plan with all parties. You are provided with suitable candidates, competitive pricing, and a dedicated experienced field officer who knows your business.

You are employed by us, paid under the award or enterprise agreement for your trade, and backed by a field officer who checks in, supports and mentors you all the way to the successful completion of your qualification.

We provide a complete breakdown of our charge-out rates so you know what you are paying for before you commit. Prices exclude GST.
We check every pay run against the relevant award or enterprise agreement and pay slips are easy to read.
