Safety comes first
Under Queensland work health and safety law, we and the host business share responsibility for workers' safety. Before a placement starts we'll talk through the site, the work and the risks, make sure workers have the right PPE and inductions, and keep checking in while they're with you. Workers can raise a safety concern with their field officer at any time.

Is AATMS a licensed labour hire provider?
Yes. AATMS Pty Ltd holds Queensland Labour Hire Licence LHL-09128-X5B2S. You can check it on the Queensland labour hire register.
Who employs the workers?
We do. AATMS is the employer, so we pay wages, super and WorkCover, keep the employment records and manage any employment issues. You supervise the work on site.
Who is responsible for safety?
Both of us. You control the worksite and supervise the work day to day, and we make sure the placement is safe before and during the job. We'll agree who does what before anyone starts.
How is labour hire charged?
You pay an hourly charge-out rate for the hours worked. We'll give you a full breakdown of what it covers before you commit. Prices exclude GST.
Do you also place apprentices and trainees?
