About AATMS
A new Townsville Group Training organisation.
AATMS (Apprentices and Training Management Services) is a new Townsville-based apprenticeship and traineeship employer. Specialising in assisting businesses to take on apprentices and trainees with less of the admin.
Why we started
Taking on an apprentice / trainee should be simple for businesses and safe for young people. We started AATMS to make that happen, with a dedicated experienced field officer you can call, standards we publish and pricing you understand before you sign.
How we work
We employ the apprentice / trainee, look after the wages, super, WorkCover and training contract, and place them with host employers from our base in Townsville and surrounds. Hosts, apprentices and trainees have a dedicated experienced field officer, and we publish our service standards and explain our pricing clearly up front.
